Regarding Mangoes,
We pack the mangoes in a strong corrugated box to ensure safe shipping.
Still if you find any damage to mangoes, please inform us with proper proof (like photos or videos). Based on the level of damage we will calculate the amount and refund you within 2 to 3 working days.
Please make sure you inform us on the same day when you open the box.

Regarding other products in our website,
If any product is damaged or contaminated, we will take it in return and replace it with a new product. As all our products are food items, customers are requested to inform us about any issue on the day after receiving the products.
